My name is Herman Herrera and I'm a real estate broker and investor. We are here in Staten Island, otherwise known as Shaolin, as made famous by our very own Wu Tang Clan. I'm not a guru. I'm not here to sell you any get rich quick courses. I'm just a kid from Brooklyn who worked hard to achieve my goals. With over $1 Billion in sales, I've spent years building my reputation through multiple market cycles. I see a lot of agents and investors give up too quickly because they set the wrong expectations. I'm here to show you that if you put in the work, anyone can make it in the real estate game. Now I invite you to join me on my journey as I continue to learn an ever changing market and overcome all the obstacles it throws at me. You will see my failures and successes. You gain knowledge, and I gain purpose. This is Selling Shaolin.
